Title: Machine for cooling or transport The present invention relates to a machine for the application of products from the food industry, in particular from the chocolate and candy industry, to a coating of cocoa butter or fatty pulp or of sugary pulp. These machines are equipped with a mass tank with a built-in tempering station and an application station above, whereby a conveyor belt, e.g. a lattice-like conveyor belt is passed through the application station to the continuous passage of the products to be coated. Under this lattice-like conveyor belt is a pickup vessel for picking up and passing the excess coating mass to the tempering station. In the tempering station, the coating mass, heated to the optimum processing temperature, is called the so-called blur box. To ensure that the parts to be coated are completely coated with the coating composition, a certain excess coating coating must be worked on. This excess mass is mixed after reflux in the tempering station with the mass present and brought back to the required temperature. In order that the conveyor belt during the reflux does not hang too slack and thereby possibly entails an extension of the conveyor belt, conveyor support is provided at regular distances. Thus, e.g. in DE 10 2013 001 743 A1 a conveyor belt support, which may consist of downwardly open V-shaped profiles or also rollers. In the solution described in the prior art, e.g. bearing tubular rollers on continuous bearing rods with ball bearings. The bearing rods are e.g. sealed with simmer rings. Since the coating machine is cleaned with so-called high-pressure cleaners, it can easily happen that cleaning water and thus also coating pulp residues penetrate the cavity of the roller and can form bacteria here. Extraction of this fluid from the roller is not possible due to the axial seal. It is therefore the object of the invention to provide an apparatus of the type mentioned initially which is in accordance with the hygiene and cleaning requirements of the food processing sector. This is achieved by the return roll consisting of a tube closed to both sides and that this tube is mounted freely rotating on support rollers. Of course, with this type of back roll, the roll can be massive, which, for weight reasons, makes no sense. In this construction of the support rollers, as mentioned, no contamination-sensitive joints appear, since the ends of the pipes used for the refill rollers are not welded and the transitions are smoothly rounded. A further design feature is that the return rollers are separately mounted on four support rollers. This type of bearing allows the return rollers to be easily removed without the need for extensive disassembly. In order to exclude axial displacement of the return rollers during use of the machine, adjustable stops are provided for the return rollers in the support legs within the area of the support rollers. These stops may also be formed such that a lifting of the return rollers perpendicular to the longitudinal axis is excluded. A further advantage is that the support rollers for receiving the refill rollers are made of plastic, especially nylon or PTFE. By means of the heavily rounded shape, only a line-shaped contact with the refill roller occurs, making a special lubrication unnecessary. An embodiment of the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the drawing, in which: Figure 1 shows a schematic side view of a cooling duct part and Figure 2 is a view of the back-roll roller bearing. The apparatus described at the beginning comprises a sheath I mounted on a worktop 1, which covers the cooling duct below. This sheath 4 is secured by hinges on the countertop 1 (not shown here). By means of a sheath handle 3, the sheath 4 can be lifted out of the locking device 2. The sheath 4 is provided at the front with openings so that the product receiving conveyor belt 5 can be passed through the cooling duct. The conveyor belt is conveyed at the end above the so-called redirection rolls, which can simultaneously serve as drives for the conveyor belt. This makes it clear that the throughput speed through the cooling duct can be adjusted to the size and mass of the products. As shown in Fig. 1, the back conveyor belt 6 is mounted on back rollers 12, 12 ', 32. These back rollers 12, 12', 32 are mounted on support rollers 10, 10 ', 14, 14', 30, 34 which are housed in support legs. 7, 7 ', 37.
